About us: |
Located in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia about ten miles west of Harrisonburg,
our home is nestled in the foothills of Shenandoah Mountain. We are surrounded by lush forests, clear rushing creeks and a community of Mennonites with their horse drawn buggies. Ottobine was the place of muster for the militia during Civil War times and Paul's Ottobine Mill was a center of commerce.
Local landmarks include Reddish Knob, Beaver Creek, Clover Hill, Briery Branch, Dry River, Montezuma, Raleigh Springs, Natural Chimneys, Mossy Creek, Mole Hill, and Giants Grave!
Don't those places sound like a nice place to visit? |
